The Home page is the first page you see when logging into MINDA. From here you can navigate to other parts of MINDA to record events, view reports etc. There are 3 main areas:

  • Services

  • Query Centre

  • Recent Activity

In Services you'll find the tiles you can view or work in such as recording events, creating groups, running reports etc. Query Centre shows you any outstanding queries you need to action. Recent Activity is a log of what has been recorded in your herd.

Animal Search

The Animal Search is accessible throughout MINDA and allows you to search for any animal in your herd, both current and historic. When you click on an animal, you'll see a summary that includes:

  • Animal number

  • Official ID

  • EID

  • Sex

  • Date of birth

  • Breed

  • Start date

  • BW, PW, LW

  • Reproductive status

  • NAIT location

At the bottom of the summary, there is a link to view the Animal Property Sheet.

Note: To include historic animals in your search, make sure to select the Include historic option.
