What is Auto Approve?
When turned on, auto approve allows events (without errors/warnings) to be approved as soon as they're submitted instead manually approving them in the Holding Pen. This setting can be turned on for specific users who have access to your herd i.e. you can set your farm managers permissions to be auto approved but not your vet.
Who can set up Auto Approve?
Auto approve can only be set up by herd owners and those given Delegated Authority. If you require auto approve to be turned on for you, get in touch with the herd owner.
Setting up Auto Approval
Head into MINDA and click Account Security > Auto Approval Settings.
On the next screen use the dropdown to select the person you'd like to grant Auto Approval to and then click ON.
Important: Heats from Protrack do not auto approve. They need to be approved in the Holding Pen manually.
