The dashboard is the first page you see when logging into MINDA. From here you can navigate to other parts of MINDA to record events, view reports etc. There are 3 main areas in the dashboard:
Services
Query Centre
Recent Activity
The Services tab houses the tiles you can view or work in i.e. recording events for animals, reporting etc. Query Centre shows you any outstanding queries you need to action and Recent Activity is a log of what has been recorded in your herd.
Animal Search
Using Animal Search you can search for animals both current and historic within your herd. When you click on an animal, this brings up a summary and at the bottom there's a link to view the detailed Animal Property Sheet.
Herd Selector
If you have access to multiple herds in MINDA, you can switch between them using the Herd Selector. Click the drop down and then select the herd you want to work in.
Herd Code
Click the information icon to see and copy your herd code.
Adding a herd
If you have multiple herds, you’re able to add them using the Add Herd button. Just have your PTPT Code and PIN handy.
Managing access
MINDA herd permissions are managed from within Manage Access. Here you’re able to view, manage and invite your farming team as well as manage integration partners & enter an access code when you’ve been invited to another herd.
Account settings
You can manage your account settings by clicking your name on the top right of the screen and selecting the relevant drop down options.
Account Security
To update your username, email address or password click Your name > Account Security > Change.
Note: When changing your password, you can’t use any of your last 5 passwords.
Auto Approval Settings
Auto approval settings for the Holding Pen are also managed from within your profile.
NAIT Locations
If you’ve connected your MINDA and NAIT accounts, you’ll have an additional drop down option specific to managing NAIT locations. Here you’ll be able to change, remove and add NAIT locations.
DIY Mating Bulls
If you have Protrack, you can save bulls in MINDA so they can be used when recording matings via quick events.
Sign Out
If you’re done working in MINDA, you can also log out using the Sign Out button.
Note: MINDA Labs is not actively used but if you’re wanting to be involved in upcoming MINDA enhancements, send us feedback using the question mark icon.
Notifications & sending feedback
MINDA sends notifications if there is something that requires your attention i.e. incoming animals (stock truck), frozen herd test results, reports which have been shared etc. When you receive these notifications, you’re able to view or dismiss them by clicking the bell icon on the top right.
If you’d like to send feedback on MINDA LIVE, use the question mark icon to request a feature, report any issues or to send comments. We have a dedicated team who work with you to understand and capture your feedback.
