To get to MINDA reports, select Reporting.

MINDA has a range of reports which you can view and save throughout the year. These reports are organised based on activities on farm as well as reports which focus on your herd. MINDA reports are organised into the following categories:

  • My Herd

  • Calving

  • Mating

  • Milking

  • End of Season

  • Health

In addition to the standard MINDA reports, you can also create custom reports using your Groups and available Group Attributes. When you save any reports, they'll be added to the My Reports tab.

Report Categories

My Herd

Use these reports to get a detailed overview of your herd as well as create checklists based off Groups, see what incoming animals you have, manage available tag numbers you have on farm etc.

Calving

View and run reports that relate to calving to see when you cows are due, your calving spread, what calves you've reared etc.

Mating

See how you're been going with mating by looking at daily submission rates, cows which don't have a recorded mating etc

Milking

If you Herd Test, you can see your results using the reports in the milk section. These reports also include a Daily Production report which will works with sheds that have in-line milk meters.

End of Season

Check out end of season reports to help you make decisions around culling, drying off, seeing which animals have been removed etc.

Health

Report on Health Events recorded for animals and view at risk animals in your herd.

Report Setup

Before any information will show on a report, you need to select the group you want the report to run on. All the Groups you've created will show in the list. All reports default to the current season, but you can change the date range you want information to show for by using the pre-defined season dropdown or by entering your own from and to date.

Note: The information that shows in the report is most recent information for the selected date range.

Custom Reports

Using Custom reports, you can create reports which show the information you need. No Groups or Attributes are pre-selected so you're able to pick and choose what you want to see when setting up a custom report.

Custom reports can also be printed, exported, shared etc similar to current MINDA reports.
