In MINDA you can grant access to your entire farming team i.e. your staff, vets, grazier, farm advisor etc allowing you to work together more collaboratively. There are different levels of access meaning that you have more control over who can add events etc.
Granting MINDA Access
Step 1. Manage Access
Head into MINDA and click on Manage Access > Invite Someone.
Important: Only the herd owner or someone with Delegated Authority can send invites.
Step 2. Add Name
Add the Name of the person you're inviting to your herd.
Step 3. Add Role
Select their Role on farm.
Step 4. Add Email Address
Add their Email Address. On the following screen, you have the option to include a custom message in the invitation email.
Step 5. Select Access Level
Now you just need to select the level of access you'd like to provide. To do this click Give Access and then select from the following options.
Step 6. Send Invite
Once you're happy, send the invite using the Send Email button.
Note: Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if an invitation email hasn't come through.
