Welcome to MINDA! To get started, you'll first need to create an a account. There are 2 types of accounts in MINDA:
An admin account can only be created by the herd owner and is typically created when setting up a new herd. A general user account can be created once you've been granted access to a herd.
Tip: If you already have an existing MINDA account but need access to another herd, get in touch with the herd owner and ask them to grant you access.
Creating a General User Account
When you're invited to a MINDA herd, you'll receive an email which contains a link to either Sign in or Register.
Step 1: Register
If you don't already have an account, click Register and enter the following details:
Name
Username
Password
Email address
Step 2. Confirm your Account
Head over to your inbox and find the Welcome to MINDA email. Follow the instructions in the email to finish setting up your account.
Tip: To accept access to a herd, make sure you enter the access code in the email via the Add Herd button on the dashboard. Once you've done this, log out then back in to see the herd.
Creating an Admin/Owner Account
Step 1. Sign up
Head over to the MINDA login page and click create an account.
Step 2. Enter Customer Number & Pin
Enter your Customer number and Pin.
Tip: Your customer number can be found on your LIC invoices.
Step 3. Set a Username
On the following screens, you'll need to confirm your details and choose a username. We recommend choosing a username you're familiar with as you'll use this every time you log into MINDA.
Step 4. Set Password & Confirm Details
Once you've set your password and confirmed your email address, click Create account.
Step 5. Confirm your Account
Head over to your inbox and find the Welcome to MINDA email. This email will contain your:
Name
Username
Email address
Follow the instructions on the email to finish setting up your account and then accept the Terms & Conditions.
