Step 1. Open the Manage Partners page

In MINDA, navigate to the Partners page by selecting Manage Access > Manage Partners.

You'll see all available MINDA integration partners including Open Country Dairy.

Step 2. Connect with Open Country Dairy

Click Connect on the Open Country Dairy tile.

A message will appear letting you know you'll be redirected to the Open Country website. This is where you will finish setting up the MINDA & Farm Environmental Plan integration.

Important: In order to connect to Open Country Dairy, you'll either need to have an admin/owner account or be granted Delegated Authority in MINDA.

Step 3. Log in with Open Country

Log in to your Farm Environmental Plan portal using your Open Country Dairy credentials.

Step 4. Connect with MINDA

Once you're in, click on Data Permissions in the header.

You'll see the MINDA logo under Herd Records and an option to tick "I use MINDA for herd records". Enter your supply number, MINDA participant code and NAIT number and then hit "Set MINDA permissions."

Enter your MINDA credentials, select your PTPT code and agree to the T&C's.

And that's it! Animal information from MINDA is safely transferred through to the Open Country database. You won't yet be able to see the animal information in the FEP just yet, but check back here soon!
