Setting up and managing the MINDA and OSPRI integration

Learn how to connect MINDA with OSPRI and manage the integration for MyOSPRI.

Setting up the integration

Step 1. Open the Manage Partners page

Go to Settings, then select Partners.

Step. 2 Connect to OSPRI

Select Connect on OSPRI.

You’ll be taken to the manage area within the Partners page where you must read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Important: To connect OSPRI, you must be opted in for LIC to be your NAIT Information Provider.

Step 3. Log in to MyOSPRI

You will then be prompted to sign in to your MyOSPRI account to complete setup.

Note: If you have trouble with your MyOSPRI account, contact the OSPRI Support Centre on 0800 482 463.

Once setup is complete, you’ll be redirected back to MINDA where OSPRI will show as connected on the Partners page.


Once connected

To start creating ASDs, go to OSPRI, select the three dots menu, then select Manage ASDs. For more information, see our article Creating an Animal Status Declaration.


Disconnecting MINDA and OSPRI

Step 1. Open the Partners page

Go to the Partners page and find OSPRI. Select the three dots menu, then select Disconnect.

Important: Make sure any ASDs you need to send have been submitted to MyOSPRI before disconnecting the integration.

Step 2. Confirm disconnection

You’ll be taken to a confirmation screen showing the access MyOSPRI has to your MINDA account. Select OK to confirm or Cancel to return to the Partners page.

Once disconnected, you'll return to the Partners page and OSPRI will show as not connected.


After disconnecting

If needed, access can also be removed in your MyOSPRI account under Authorised Apps.

Log in to your MyOSPRI account and select Your profile from the menu under your name.

Select Authorised Apps, then select Revoke Access to remove LIC.
