Setting up and managing the MINDA and OSPRI integration

Learn how to connect MINDA with OSPRI and manage the integration for MyOSPRI.

Setting up the integration

Step 1. Open the Manage Partners page

Go to Settings, then select Partners.

Step. 2 Connect to OSPRI

Select Connect on OSPRI.

Important: To connect MyOSPRI, you must be opted in for LIC to be your NAIT Information Provider.

Step 3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions

Read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Step 4. Log in with your MyOSPRI account

Once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, you'll be asked to sign in to your MyOSPRI account.

Signing into your MyOSPRI account is the last step in setting up the integration.

Note: If you have trouble with your MyOSPRI account, contact the OSPRI Support Centre on 0800 482 463.

Once connected, you'll be redirected to the Partners page, where the OSPRI tile will show a connected status.

To start creating ASDs, click on the 3 dots and select Manage ASDs otherwise see our article Creating an Animal Status Declaration.

Disconnecting MINDA and OSPRI

Step 1. Open the Partners page

Go to the Partners page and find OSPRI. Select the three dots menu, then select Disconnect.

Step 2. Remove access

Make sure you don’t have any unsubmitted ASDs that need to be sent to MyOSPRI. If there aren’t any, continue with disconnecting the integration.

Once disconnected, you'll return to the Partners page and OSPRI will show as not connected.

Step 3. Remove access in OSPRI

Log in to your MyOSPRI account and select Your profile from the menu under your name.

Select Authorised Apps. Click Revoke Access to remove LIC.
