Step 1. Open the Manage Partners page

Head into the Partners page by selecting Manage Access > Manage Partners.

Once in the Partners Page, you'll see all available MINDA integration partners including Farm Source.

Step. 2 Connect with Farm Source

Click Connect on the Farm Source tile.

A message will come up letting you know you'll be redirected to the Farm Source website. This is where you will finish setting up the MINDA & Farm Source integration.

Important: In order to connect to Farm Source, you'll need to either have an admin/owner account or be granted Delegated Authority in MINDA.

Step 3. Log in with your Farm Source account

Log into your Farm source account.

Step 4. Connect with MINDA

Head over to the Farm Dairy Records Overview section by selecting My Farm Source > Farm Records and Insights > Farm Dairy Records.

On the Farm Dairy Records Overview page, you'll see available connections. Click Connect on the MINDA tile.

Next, sign in using your MINDA credentials, read and agree to the terms and conditions and then click Proceed. This will connect your MINDA and Farm Source accounts.

Lastly link your MINDA PTPT code with your Fonterra supply number. Your Fonterra Supply Number should show in the drop down below. Once you've linked your Supply Number, click Save and go to Farm Dairy Records.

Important: Make sure you tick Data Sharing Settings to receive animal information form MINDA.

Note: If you have more than one Supply Number relevant to your MINDA herd, you can select multiple Supply Numbers in the drop down. As there is no way to specify animal groups, you'll need to check over your FDR and update the animal tallies.

If you have more than one MINDA participant code relevant to your Fonterra Supply Number, make sure you select the Supply Number for each PTPT code. The animal information from each herd will be combined for the Farm Dairy Records.

And you're all done! You should now see your animal information from MINDA in sections of the FDR. If you need to, you can disconnect the Farm Source integration at any time via the Partners page. For help on disconnecting, check out Disconnecting MINDA & Farm Source.
