Setting up and managing the MINDA and Open Country Dairy integration

Learn how to connect MINDA with Open Country Dairy and manage the integration for Farm Environmental Plan.

Setting up the integration

Step 1. Open the Partners page

Go to Settings, then select Partners.

Step 2. Connect to Open Country Dairy

Select Connect on Open Country Dairy.

A message will appear letting you know you'll be redirected to the Open Country Dairy website to finish setting up the integration.

Important: To connect to Open Country Dairy, you must be the MINDA account owner or have Delegated Authority in MINDA.

Step 3. Complete setup in Open Country Dairy

Log in to your Farm Environmental Plan (FEP) portal to finish setting up the integration. You will need to:

Open Data Permissions

Select the MINDA option under Herd Records

Enter your supply number, MINDA participant code and NAIT number then select Set MINDA permissions.

Enter your MINDA credentials

Select your PTPT code and accept the terms and conditions

Once connected, MINDA information will flow into the FEP.


Disconnecting the integration

Step 1. Open the Partners page

Go to the Partners page and find Open Country Dairy. Select the three dots menu, then select Disconnect.

Step 2: Confirm disconnection

Select Disconnect to confirm.

Once disconnected, you'll return to the Partners page and Open Country Dairy will show as not connected.
