What is the Treatment Register?
The Treatment Register shows every Health Record & dose that's been added in MINDA. When working in the Treatment Register, you can filter Health Records by Date, Conditions and Treatments as well as view Health Records for historic animals. If you need to report on your Health Records, you can either export the Treatment Register as a PDF or export as a CSV.
Filtering & Sorting
When you first head into the Treatment Register, you'll see Health Records created in the last 30 days but if you're looking for something specific, you can filter by:
Date
Condition
Treatments
Include/exclude historic animals
To sort, click on the any of the headings i.e. Animal ID, and this re-orders the Health Records.
How do I view my Health Records?
When going through your Health Records, you can see more information about them by clicking on Details. This brings up a preview which shows:
Condition
Treatment
Withholding
Return to Vat
Completed etc
How do I export Health Records?
Health Records can either be saved as a PDF or exported to CSV. Click the Print/Export button then select your option.
Why are animal showing multiple times?
If you notice an animal showing multiple times in the Treatment Register, it could be that the animal has had different treatments within the dates you're looking at. Animals can also have a condition recorded without a treatment and vice versa which might be another reason they show multiple times.
