When you connect MINDA & MyOSPRI, you can view, create and manage ASDs from within the Manage ASD page. From here, you can view all your ASDs as well as filter, download, cancel, edit, archive etc.

View, search and filter ASDs

In the Manage ASD page, you can view all ASDs created. There are a few ways to search or view your ASDs including:

  • Filtering by date, location & status

  • Using the search bar

Filtering

Date

Using the animal movement date, you can filter to find specific ASDs. For example, below we've used the date filter to view ASDs that have a movement date between 1st - 31st March.

Location

If you've sent ASD's from other locations you have access to, they should appear once you've selected a new location.

Note: To send ASDs to MyOSPRI, you will need to ensure your farming locations are set up correctly in MyOSPRI or have been provided access to a location. For help on farming locations in OSPRI, check out OSPRI's help guides.

Status

When an ASD has been submitted to MyOSPRI, it will be assigned a status to help you understand its progress. Depending on the type of ASD, the statuses will be different. Below is a description of each status.

To filter using the ASD status, select which status you would like to see using the checkboxes.

Tip: To quickly see all your draft ASD's, filter by status and select Draft.

Search bar

Using the search option, search ASD numbers as well as who the ASD was sent to. I.e. If you know animals were sent to a specific meat processor but you can't remember the date, type in the name and view all ASDs that were sent to that specific meat processor.

View, download, edit or cancel an ASD

Similar to MyOSPRI, when you click on the ASD number or the 3 dots and view, you'll see a preview displayed to the right of the page. From this preview you can:

  • View the ASD

  • Download a PDF

  • Edit & re-submit

  • Cancel the ASD

Downloading

Once you've submitted an ASD to MyOSPRI, you'll have the option to download it as a PDF. To download a copy, first preview the ASD then click Download. This will save a PDF copy to your computer.

Editing

To edit and re-submit an ASD, first preview the ASD then click Edit. When the ASD loads, update it with your changes and re-submit.

Note: You cannot edit an ASD which has the status Closed.

Cancelling

If you need to cancel your ASD, preview the ASD then click cancel. This will update the ASD in MyOSPRI and show a Cancelled status.
