Using MINDA, you can record liveweights for your animals. When recording liveweights in MINDA, you'll need to know:
Date the animal(s) were weighed
Animal ID
Liveweight of the animal
How do I record a Liveweight Event?
Select Event Recorder from the dashboard and then select Liveweight from the list of available Events. Next go through the steps on screen.
Step 1. Select date
Select the date the animal was weighed. If the date was earlier, click Earlier then use the calendar to select the right date.
Step 2. Choose your animal(s)
Select the animals you're recording liveweights for. If the animals are in a specific Group, you can change the Group to show only those animals otherwise, you can search for the animal if you know their ID.
Once you've selected the animals, they'll be moved to the right hand side as shown above. If you need to remove any animals, use the x.
Step 3. Add Liveweights
Add liveweights for your animals.
Step 4. Review and finish
Review the details you've entered. If you need to edit anything, click Change or use the Back button otherwise click Finish.
The Event should now show in the Holding Pen where you can approve it.
