Once you save your reports, you can view and access them at any time by heading into Reports > My Reports. From within the My Reports tab, you can see:
A list of all of your saved reports
Report category
Who last modified a report and when
When a report was last viewed
You can also rename or delete any of your saved reports using the Action button.
Viewing reports
To view a saved report, either click on the report name or the view button. Once in the report, you can:
Edit the Group
Update the date range
Add/remove Attributes
Print, export, share etc
There are no limitations to the number of reports you can save but we recommend keeping your list reports up to date so you're viewing the right reports.
Tip: You can filter the My Reports page by clicking on the headings i.e. to see reports modified by a certain user, click on the Modified by heading.
Editing saved reports
If you edit any saved reports then re-save, any changes you've made will update the original report. If you're wanting to create a copy of your report with just your changes, use the Save As option to save a new report.
