Recent Activity shows a history of all Events which have been recorded, approved or deleted in MINDA and allows you to see who added these Events and on what date/time. From within Recent Activity you can export, reinstate deleted events and also filter by date, users and Event type.

To see the details of an Event in Recent Activity, click on the Event to bring up the preview panel. Here you can see the details of the animals, dates/times and also who the event was recorded by. If you want to export this list, click Export to CSV.

If you're wanting to see specific Events or activity i.e. all Calving Events recorded by your farm manager for the last month, you can use the filtering options shown below. All you need to do is change the date range then select the users and Event types you want to see.

If you accidentally delete an Event from the Holding Pen, it can be reinstated from within Recent Activity. Head into Recent Activity then find the deleted Event. Select which animal Events you want reinstated and click Reinstate.

This Event should now be in the Holding Pen waiting to be approved.
