What is the MINDA & Allflex Milk Meter integration?

If you have Allflex in-line Milk Meter Sensors, you can now view the results in MINDA using the newly added Milk Meter Attributes. To set up the integration, there's nothing more you need to do. Just make sure your Milk Meter Sensors are working and that your MINDA records are up to date.

How do I see Milk Meter results?

Using the Milk Metre Attributes, you can view Milk Metre results in either Groups or Reports. To learn more about adding these attributes to either Groups or Reports, check out our Attributes article.

Groups

Milk Metre Attributes in Groups are:

  • SCC (000)

  • Milk Solids (kg)

  • Milk Volume (L)

These attributes are split into current, season to date & latest figures and can be found by typing MM when adding an Attribute.

Note:

  • Current means the calculation includes results from the past 11 days

  • Season to Date means the calculation uses all results from the first milking

  • Latest is the most recent result sent to MINDA

Reports

Milk Metre Attributes in Reports show under the 'Milk Meter Results' heading. You can either find them using the search option or scroll down.

Note: The calculations used are all supplied by Allflex. If something doesn't look quite right, give the Allflex support team a call on 0800 542 288

Daily Production Report

The Daily Production Report shows you results and averages from your Milk Meters. You can choose any Group when running the report as well as the interval and the period ending. To check out this report, head into Reports > Milking > Daily Production.
